Pricing & Fees

How much does plumbing repair cost?

Pricing depends on the type of repair, parts required, and accessibility. Most smaller plumbing repairs range between $120 and $600. The plumber provides a more exact quote after inspection.

Do you charge for estimates?

There is a $100 inspection and diagnostic fee for most service visits. If you move forward with the repair during the visit, $50 of that fee is credited toward the final repair cost.

Is there a service fee?

The $100 diagnostic fee covers the visit and inspection. If you proceed with a repair, $50 is credited back to you.

Do you charge travel fees?

Only for addresses outside our standard service areas — Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, and Milton. Within these cities, no travel fees apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfer, cash, or credit/debit card.

Do you provide written estimates before starting work?

Yes. After our $100 diagnostic inspection, we'll give you a clear written estimate. If you proceed, $50 is credited back.

Specific Plumbing Issues

How do I know if my toilet needs repair vs replacement?

We'll inspect and advise. Frequent clogs, cracks in the porcelain, or a very old unit usually point to replacement. Many running or flush issues can be repaired.

What should I do if my toilet keeps running?

First, check the flapper inside the tank — it may need replacing. If that doesn't fix it, call us. Toilet repair typically runs $120–$300 depending on the issue.

How do I know if I have a slab leak?

Signs include unexplained warm spots on floors, the sound of running water with no fixtures on, or a sudden spike in your water bill. Call us and we'll help diagnose the situation.

How do I know if my water pressure is too high?

Banging pipes (water hammer), leaking faucets after use, or a pressure gauge reading above 80 PSI are common signs. We can test your pressure and install a regulator if needed.

What's the difference between a leak repair and pipe replacement?

Leak repair addresses the specific damaged area. Pipe replacement removes and replaces a longer pipe section. We advise based on pipe age, condition, and severity of damage.

Do you offer drain cleaning services?

Yes. We handle blocked drains, drain snaking, and drain cleaning. Pricing varies based on severity — call for a quote.

Licensing, Insurance & Warranties

Do you provide warranties?

Warranty is provided by the individual plumber — ask for details at time of booking.

Are your plumbers licensed and insured?

Yes. All plumbers in our network are independently licensed and insured, or actively working toward their license. If a fully licensed plumber is important to you, just let us know and we will assign one.

Do you work with insurance claims?

We provide detailed invoices to support your claim, but you'll need to coordinate directly with your insurance provider.

What if I have a condo or apartment?

We work in condos and townhouses. Please check with your building management about access procedures and shut-off locations before we arrive.
